The Bruce County Genealogical Society invites you to zoom into our next webinar SHARING FAMILY HISTORY … WITH YOUR OWN FAMILY On Monday, May 10th at 7:00 p.m. EDT
For many of us, the real fun of genealogical research is discovering the stories of people and places with great connections to our own lives. Diane Huber will present 16 easy ways that she shares what she finds with her own family, from the youngest to the oldest—by listening and learning she hopes that her family history stays present.
Diane took the Society’s spring course about 15 years ago and has been enthusiastic about sharing her research findings since then. She retired in 2003 from a career in university administration, came home to Southampton and began to find interesting things to do, including three terms as a Council member. She is grateful for reliable high speed internet access, having a decent printer/scanner on her desk, that her 86 year old Dad lives next door and that she knows great kids who get excited about old photos and love hearing stories about real people and places.
