Both members and non-members can have their queries published at no charge. This applies to our newsletter, the Bruce Bulletin, and also on this web page.
Please be brief when you write your query. Keep it to a maximum of about 50 words. Include your mailing address and/or your e-mail address. State whether you want your query published in our newsletter and/or on our website. Queries published on our website will list only your e-mail address. You must specifically request to have your mailing address listed as well. For best results, limit your query to one individual or family unit.
Compose your question carefully; determine first exactly which piece of information you are seeking. Avoid abbreviations in names and descriptions. Commonly used nicknames should be underlined or in brackets. Mention a time period, geographical places, maiden names, relationships and multiple marriages.

Submit your query by postal mail to: BCGS – Queries, P.O. Box 1083, Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada, N0H 2C0 or by e-mail to newsletterBCGS@gmail.com . We will publish your query in an issue of our newsletter. It will be mailed to all our members and to other societies across Canada.
