The Bruce County Genealogical Society’s mandate is to keep the lives of our County Ancestors alive and to assist those of you, researching your own ancestors, to find all that there is to know about your family. The Archives and Reading Room, which is upstairs in the Bruce County Museum in Southampton and full of history, is a good place for you to begin. Any one of our members will be happy to tell you about what they have found of interest to their family trees in the Archives. Or just ask the staff what records are available for you to peruse.
